Rise to Eternity (pre-Alpha)

Travel to the world of Tubeda Tyrmaind, sixty years after the War of the Central desert.  The land is enjoying its longest period of peace in generations, due in no small part to the diplomatic efforts of King Aeron.  Nonetheless, the various kingdoms harbor mistrust based on competing influences and conflicting interpretations of the unseen Gods and present but morally-ambiguous Demigods.

You are an adventurer who has  just arrived at the hub city of Kingsholm seeking your fortune.

This is an open world RPG that doesn't hold your hand in any way.  What seems like a simple fetch quest, might turn into an epic storyline!

You'll pick from one of the seven playable races and seventeen classes.

You'll also be able to recruit a broad range of followers, in some cases by hiring, some during important quests and some through gaining their favor.

NOTE: This is a work-in-progress and approaching an alpha state.

This is the first RPG I've attempted in RPG Maker MV.

Development is at an advanced stage.

The main quest, which should take several hours to complete, is in a solid alpha state.

The majority of the planned side quests are completed.  There's about 20 side quests of varying complexity available at present.  The main thing to flesh out with regard to this is the impact on reputation and the effects of this.

All of the intended playable races are available.

All classes are playable, with most having new skills implemented up to level 20.

At present, some of the classes are more powerful due to the skills available. Balancing these is ongoing.

USE OF RPG MAKER MV RTP: It will be glaringly obvious that this game primarily uses the RPG Maker assets with some additions of my own, mainly with regard to enemies.  My main aim when starting this was to get to learn the engine & get a full game finished, so relying on the RTP, despite the stigma that sometimes comes with it, has greatly streamlined the process.

I have other projects in mind that I intend to create assets for one this one is completed.
